Route 3 NB On-Ramp to I-91 NB Closure and Detour

Closure of the Route 3 NB on-ramp to I-91 NB, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights 8/15, 8/17 & 8/18 for metal beam rail work (not to be closed the same time as the Route 3 SB ramp), with a detour route in place from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, as follows:
- Continue on Route 3 NB to Main Street/Glastonbury Exit
- Take Putnam Blvd., and right onto Route 3 SB
- Take ramp to I-91 NB/Hartford
- Bear right on the ramp for Marsh St./Old Wethersfield, OR Bear left on the ramp for I-91 NB
